International Symposium

Pre-registration requested
  • Separate registration is required for the International symposium and the Workshop. Please register as needed.
  • You can pre-register for the International symposium by clicking the button below. The deadline for pre-registration is January 16, 2012. To register after the deadline, visit the venue on the date of the symposium. Note, however, that when the venue is filled to capacity, people who have registered in advance are given priority.
  • When capacity is reached, pre-registration is closed. (First-come, first-served basis)
  • The International symposium is basically held in English.
  • We will update this website in the near future, to inform you of speech titles and other symposium information. Please visit the website again as the event approaches.

Notes on date of symposium
  • Access to Nara Prefectural New Public Hall：http://www.shinkokaido.jp/english/index.html
  • There is no parking available on the premises. Please refrain from visiting the hall by car.
  • No food or drink is allowed in hall or lobby, except under special conditions. Your cooperation is appreciated.
  • Please take any trash with you when you leave.

Workshop

Pre-registration for Workshop
  • The workshop will mainly comprise discussions on technical topics in English.
  • If you wish to participate in the workshop, send your information including name, address, professional affiliation and position (school year if student), purpose of participation and contact email address to sankaku-jimu@ad.naist.jp by January 10, 2012.
  • If the number of applicants exceeds capacity, participants will be chosen by lottery and the results will be sent to all. Note, however, that NAIST teachers and students will be given priority. The result will be sent to the applicants around January 11, 2012.
